With the advancement of technology, virtual learning environments have gained significant importance, and the absence of physical interactions in these settings has underscored the necessity of addressing metaethical issues. Therefore, the purpose of the current research; explaining the components of metaethics in the virtual learning environment. To achieve this goal, Google Scholar, Web of Science, Scopus, Magiran and ScienceDirect databases and review studies were searched. Finally, out of 61 articles obtained, 20 articles were verified, and their results were reviewed. The results show that compliance with the principles of metaethics and ethics by the human force helps to implement virtual learning strategies in the education system as best as possible. Also, the research showed that ethics is the most important factor in the continuity of life and the successful continuation of virtual learning environments and plays an important role in the growth and development of the educational system. In this article, according to the SWOT analysis, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the metaethical components in the virtual learning environment were examined. Therefore, the implementation of meta-ethical components in the virtual learning environment can improve the relationships between participants, increase the quality of providing educational materials, and strengthen people's trust.
