About the publication History of launching the publication: The idea of starting the journal started from the first and second periods of the Iranian Educational Technology Association, but due to administrative problems, it was delayed until the members of the board of directors of the third period started again by registering in the system of the Ministry of Guidance and following up In November 1402, they finally managed to obtain the license number of the magazine entitled "Quarterly Journal of Trends and Achievements in Learning Technology". After this stage, the board of directors of the association, in its meetings, put the main focus of the discussions around the preparation of the publication to attract articles, the appointment of the editor, the members of the editorial board, and the topics of the articles. With frequent follow-ups of the association's website in the second half of January 1402, the launch and call for articles came to the notice of the experts. The reason for choosing the mentioned title is the interweaving of educational technologies in learning sciences. Learning science deals with various sciences such as educational science, cognitive science, computer science, communication and information science, educational psychology, and neuroscience and network science, which are effective in the teaching and learning process. These sciences in integration with new and emerging technologies such as augmented and virtual reality, games and simulations, artificial intelligence is able to create a fundamental change in the learning process. Therefore, the main axis of the magazine's topics is focused on learning and learner and learning environments. An axis that can nurture thoughtful, creative, critical, self-directed people in the future, and by developing new ideas, it will provide a suitable ground for entrepreneurship and the development of areas for the formation of knowledge-based companies in the field of learning technology. Considering the lack of publications in the field of educational technology, it is hoped that this specialized publication, along with other scientific and research publications, can benefit from the research of those interested in the field of learning technology and provide a suitable platform for the development of knowledge, skills and attitudes related to new approaches, strategies, and methods. Provide education in scientific circles. Here, I would like to acknowledge the efforts of the members of the Board of Directors of the Educational Technology Association of Iran, the officials and respected experts of the Ministry of Guidance and Islamic Culture, as well as the Ministry of Science, Research and Educational Technology, and the students of the field of educational technology who made a lot of effort to register and launch the publication.

The Quarterly Journal of Trends and Achievements in Learning Technology began its activity by obtaining a license from the Ministry of Guidance with license number 94625 dated 23/8/1402 with the official license of the Educational Technology Association of Iran. The main elements of the publication and the members of the editorial board of the quarterly were elected in the board meeting of the association dated 08/11/1402. The website of the journal was launched in the research week of 1402 to inform and carry out the process of obtaining, judging and publishing articles and is ready to serve dear researchers. The vision of the publication is to expand the frontiers of knowledge with an emphasis on meeting the needs of the country in the field of education and learning, the application of learning technology in educational systems, including higher education, education, medical sciences, industry, services and the education sector of other governmental and non-governmental institutions. Monitoring the current and future state of education and learning with regard to the growth of technology, examining the threats and challenges in the educational systems and turning it into an opportunity based on scientific research. According to the above content, educated scholars are requested to upload their articles in the system after registering on the site and help us in publishing scientific findings in the field of learning technology. Undoubtedly, the Board of Directors of the Association welcomes all constructive and critical comments from dear users.
